Benefits of Collagen
100% Canadian, sustainable & effective.
Collagen is a structural protein. This means its most basic structure is amino acids that build tissue. Specifically, connective tissue, making it a building block of healthy skin, nails, hair, muscles, tissue, teeth and organs. We stop making it on our own as we age, so collagen is an essential supplement for optimal health, mobility and beauty. Hydrolyzed collagen, aka collagen peptides are highly bioavailable, and can be absorbed easily into your bloodstream, making it efficient and effective.
Good Life Collagen is 100% pure from Wild Caught Canadian Cod and is totally Flavourless. It mixes easily into your favourite drink or recipe.

INGREDIENTS
½ cup chocolate hazelnut spread (Store bought or get a recipe to make your own)
4.5 Tbsp Good Life Collagen
1 Tbsp coconut oil (softened or melted)
½ tsp vanilla
Pinch of sea salt
Sprinkle of cinnamon (optional)
1 Tbsp Coconut flakes (optional)
1/2 tbsp of Maple Syrup or Honey (again, optional!)
RECIPE
First, combine the collagen, chocolate hazelnut spread, coconut oil, vanilla and salt in a large bowl and mix until evenly combined. Mix it really well so the end result is a nice and creamy texture. Either by hand or with a mixer.
Now, and most importantly, give it a little taste. Consider the different optional add ons listed above. Everyone has a different preference, so trust yours!
If you like things really sweet you could add the 1/2 Tbsp -1 Tbsp of maple syrup, and mix again. This will change the consistency of the batter to be thicker and a little more clumpy.
If you love coconut, I highly recommend adding it. It will give you that Ferrero Rocher vibes for sure! You could either mix the coconut flakes into the batter or save it to sprinkle on the top.
Plop the mixture onto a parchment paper lined baking pan or shallow dish. Flatten it down with your hands or with the back of a spoon.
Use a knife to score the lines where you will want to cut it later.
Pop it into the freezer for 20-30 minutes to let it harden then cut into squares and keep them in the fridge or freezer.
