Hydrating Collagen Face Mask

INGREDIANTS

  • 1 TBSP Good Life Collagen

  • 1 TBSP Coconut OIl

  • Few Drop Essential Oil (We like either rose hip or lavender)

DIRECTIONS

  • Add the coconut oil to a bowl and soften with a spoon

  • Gradually stir in the collagen

  • Add a few drops of essential oil of your choice and mix in

  • Let chill in the fridge for 5 minutes so the coconut oil is not to soft.

  • Apply mask with a mask brush or fingertips

  • Let the mask sit for 15 minutes

  • Do an act of self care like take a bath, relax, meditate, call a friend, or read a book

  • Remove mask with warm water.

  • Follow with your favourite toner, face oil and/or moisturizer.

  • Apply 2-3 times per week.
