CLASSIC GREEN JUICE RECIPE

in a blender or a juicer!

If you have ever tried our Classic Greens you will know it’s packed with green veggies, with just a touch of apple to balance without being overly sweet. Add in the extra twist of lemon, it makes for an absolute classic.

This recipe contains the magic trifecta of juicing - apples, lemon and ginger

INGREDIENTS

makes one 16 oz serving

  • 1-2 apples, based on sweetness preference

  • 3-4 stalks kale

  • 2 cups spinach

  • 1/2 cucumber

  • 5 stalks celery

  • Few sprigs parsley

  • Small knob ginger

  • 2 tbsp lemon (juice of half a lemon)

  • Please note, we always juice our citrus fruits separately and add them in at the end to avoid getting a pithy flavour.

IN A JUICER

  • Combine everything but the lemon and juice! Add in your lemon at the end.

IN A BLENDER

  • Combine everything but lemon along with 2 cups of water. Blend well, then strain. Add in lemon and enjoy!
