Beep beep alert! We’re on the road 6 days per week bringing the Good Life to you. For only $10, anywhere our van travels, get freshly made juice dropped on your doorstep. We would love it if someone is home receive your juice and get it into the fridge, but it’s ok if you can’t be home.  Simply leave a cooler with a few ice packs or an insulated bag on your stoop if you can.  This would save us having to use a cooler bag – the environment and our penny bank would greatly appreciate it! .

GOOD LIFE DELIVERY SCHEDULE 

 

NANAIMO

Available days for delivery are:  Monday-Friday / / Arrives between 4:30-7:30PM / / $10 per delivery.

At check out, you will be asked to chose a start date. This was designed for people doing a cleanse. If cleansing, your delivery arrives the day before you start. If you are not cleansing, just keep in mind that delivery for your order will be the day before your chosen start date.

Cleanses longer than 3 days require more than one delivery.  You can expect a second delivery on the 3rd day of your cleanse.  Delivery fees will be charged accordingly.

 

VANCOUVER

Available days for delivery are:  Tuesday. Thursday and Saturday  / / Arrives between 11AM-6PM / / $10 per delivery.

We are happy to communicate more approximate delivery times upon request.

VICTORIA / COBBLE HILL / DUNCAN / CHEMAINUS / LADYSMITH

PARKSVILLE / QUALICUM 

Available days for delivery are: Monday, Wednesday and Friday / / Arrives between 4-7PM / / $10 per delivery

At check out, you will be asked to chose a start date. This was designed for people doing a cleanse. If cleansing, your delivery arrives the day before you start. If you are not cleansing, just keep in mind that delivery for your order will be the day before your chosen start date.

OTHER LOCATIONS ON VANCOUVER ISLAND

If you do not see your town listed above, don’t worry! Once you enter your address at check out, you’ll be given start date options and your delivery fee will be calculated. For areas on the Island we do not personally deliver to, we use an outside courier: fees are based on their rates. For these locations, we pack the juice to stay cold so no need to leave out a cooler if you won’t be home.

PICK UPS

You will be given an option to pick up in Nanaimo at check out.

Pick up is between 430-6PM on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays for PRE-ORDERS. Don’t forget you are always welcome to call or stop by and we may be able to put together your order from juice in the fridge.

Pick up is the day before the date you select as a start date at check out.

Please keep in mind that the date you choose at check out was designed to accommodate people cleansing so they may choose a start date for their cleanse, and the delivery would come the day before. If you are picking up your order, irregardless if it is a cleanse or not, it will be ready between the above times the day before your selected “start date” at check out.

Since we are located inside the mall please be sure and arrive on time for your pick up window.

CLEANSES LONGER THAN 3 DAYS

Please expect your second delivery on the 3rd day of your cleanse. If picking up, please plan to pick up your second installment of juice on the 3rd day of your cleanse between the above pick up times.

APARTMENT BUILDING RESIDENTS

If your building does not have a concierge service, and who won’t be home every minute between 10AM and 5PM, must give an alternative delivery address.  A business address is preferable. Contact us within 48 hours prior to your cleanse start date to change your address.  If you live in a building with a concierge service, be sure to provide any necessary details in the Order Notes section during check out.  Our courier cannot leave the package outside your apartment door – it must be delivered to a living, breathing, human.

B.C. & ALBERTA

Deliveries will take place between 9:00AM and 5:00PM via FEDEX the day before you start your juice cleanse.  Juices arrive in an insulated box with freezer packs.

If you live in a private house and are not home to receive your juices they will be left on your doorstep.

APARTMENT BUILDING residents whose building does not have a concierge service, and who won’t be home every minute between 9AM and 5PM, must give an alternative delivery address.  A business address is preferable. 3 Day Cleanses will receive 1 delivery the day before you start your cleanse.  4-6 Day Cleanses will receive a second delivery on the 3rd day of your cleanse.

If you are ordering longer than a 3 day cleanse, you must start on a Wednesday.

CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations or changes must be received no less than four calendar days before your start date.  Example: If you are beginning your juice cleanse on a Monday, any changes or cancellations must be requested by Thursday at 12pm. Customers can put their cleanse on hold or transfer it to a friend. The customer must contact Good Life Cleanse at least 4 calendar days before delivery of order is due. Otherwise no refunds, transfers, OR credits will be issued. The customer, or the person it was transfered to, must use the cleanse within 90 days from the original purchase.
