Green Smoothie Recipe
Sometimes simple is best, especially when it comes to green smoothies. This perfectly basic green smoothie is as easy as it is delicious. No need to hunt down any fancy ingredients, you may likely already have all of these on hand.
1.5 cups water or nut-milk
2-3 ice cubes
1 small banana
2 handfuls of spinach
1 TBSP almond butter
Optional: 1 Scoop of unflavoured, chocolate, or vanilla protein powder
Optional: 1 tsp maple syrup or a drop of stevia for added sweetness
Blend and enjoy!
