  Green Smoothie Bowl - perfect morning after meal following a juice cleanse

 

When you are craving the health benefits of a smoothie, but the ritual of eating with a spoon - a smoothie bowl with crunchy toppings will be just the thing.   A smoothie bowl is also a delicious and nutritious breakfast when coming off of a juice cleanse as it is important to keep allowing your digestive system to take it easy.

Packed with spinach and superfoods, this bowl of green goodness with leave you full and energized for the day ahead.

Ingredients:

2 Handfuls of Spinach

leaf4 1 Kale Leaf, Large Stem Removed

1 Cup of Unsweetened Nut-Milk

It can be pretty tedious to open up a million different packages and jars when you're in a rush, so to save time when making your smoothies, try making what we like to call Power Mix. Pre-mix all of your powders into single serving containers (we love mini mason jars for this) so that all you have to do is open them up and pop them in the blender with the rest of your ingredients.
