A green smoothie like no other!
A fun, frothy & refreshing green smoothie! Fresh and tangy from the mint and lime, hydrating from the coconut water, and nourishing from the spinach and chia seeds, this unique and yummy smoothie will certainly hit the spot! Smoothies make the perfect post juice cleanse breakfast! They are are also a great way to prepare your body for the juice cleanse in the days leading up to it.
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
4 Mint Leaves
3-4 Chunks Frozen Pineapple
2-3 Handfuls Spinach
2-3 Ice Cubes
Optional: scoop of unflavored protein powder.
