Avacado + chocolate pair perfectly when it comes to creating a creamy yet dairy-free dessert. You can't actually taste the avacado but you can taste the difference b/n these and the processed, chemically ridden ones of our childhood.

Liz @ Sprouted Routes suggests using champagne glasses or Dixie cups if you don't have a popsicle maker. Let them freeze for an hour, then insert a stick.

Blend the following ingredients until you reach the consistency of pudding. Makes 6 popsicles.

 

1 can full-fat coconut milk

1 avocado

1/3 cup cocoa powder

1 tsp vanilla

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 cup coconut nectar or maple syrup.

 

Pour into molds. Tap on counter to remove bubbles. Freeze over night . . . and most importantly . . . Enjoy!!!
