This smoothie makes the perfect dessert to follow a big plant-based salad and is what I have for lunch most days of the week.
Raspberry Almond Butter Smoothie Recipe
1 cup almond milk
2 Tbsp almond butter
1 Tbsp coconut oil
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
2-3 ice cubes (optional)
Blend and enjoy!
