Chocolate Raspberry Mint Smoothie

This smoothie is so delicious it feels more like a treat than a nutritious, protein-packed snack or meal - plus it's kid friendly for all you healthy mamas out there :) Put all ingredients in Vitamix, blend and enjoy!

Makes 2

1.5 cups Coconut Water (can substitute water or nut milk)

3 cups Spinach

1 Tbsp Chia Seeds

1 Scoop VEGA protein powder - chocolate

1/2 cup Frozen Raspberries

Sprig of mint, plus some for garnish

4 Ice Cubes
