Cauliflower Gnocchi with Walnut Pesto - Juice Cleanse Prep Meal Idea

1 medium head cauliflower, cut into small florets the size of traditional Gnocchi
2 cups packed fresh basil
2/3 cup raw walnuts
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 small cloves garlic, minced
Sea Salt, to taste
Bring a medium pot of water, fitted with a steamer basket, to a boil. Add the cauliflower and steam until tender but not too soft. Transfer steamed cauliflower to a large bowl. Combine the basil, walnuts, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and sea salt in a food processor or blender and pulse until it is blended, but not completely smooth. Mix together the pesto and cauliflower. A sprinkle of pine nuts and chopped basil make a great garnish.
