Acai Berry Smoothie Bowl - The Perfect Post Juice Cleanse Breakfast!
We love smoothie bowls because they can pack a mean nutritional punch, and for those of you coming off a juice cleanse, they make a perfect post-cleanse meal! They are so great at hiding all of those wonderful fruits, veggies and superfoods we know we should be eating and are easy on your digestive system, Plus, you can have fun with different toppings to pack in even more good stuff!
1/2 of a Frozen Banana
1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries
3/4 Cup Nut-milk (almond, coconut, etc.)
1 Heaped Tablespoon of Acai Powder
1 Tablespoon nutbutter or PB2
1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
1 Tablespoon Hemp Seeds
1 Tablespoon Ground Flax Seeds
Nuts and/or Seeds

It can be pretty tedious to open up a million different packages and jars when you're in a rush, so to save time when making your smoothies, try making what we like to call Power Mix. Pre-mix all of your powders into single serving containers (we love mini mason jars for this) so that all you have to do is open them up and pop them in the blender with the rest of your ingredients.
