There really is no denying it: Green juice is a health craze worth going crazy for. Fresh, raw, veggie-based juices are a fantastic way to easily ingest a lot of nutrients. When do I drink my Green Juice?

I rise before the sun to exercise, and I like to train pretty hard. I need something to power me up and sustain me through my sweat session. Overnight oats are my top pic. I follow it up with a plant-based protein smoothie after I work out. That will fuel until lunch. It’s mid afternoon, when my energy can slump that I reach for a green juice. I will often enjoy it with a handful of almonds, power ball, or bar for some added fiber and protein.

This keep me feeling light until dinner and craving lots of greens on my dinner plate!
